Summer comes and summer goes

Its almost time for school to start! UGG where does the summer go?!
I feel like it just started. We were gone more then we were home during June and July. Which isn't something to complain about, yet I feel like I lost a ton of summer because of it! At least I have maternity leave to look forward to :-)
I get a change this year. When I go back, I will not have a class of my own. I will instead have 12. 12 classes of students learning computer! It will be different. I am sad to lose my "own" class but super excited with what being a "specialist" could bring. Wish me luck.
Izze girl is starting KINDERGARTEN. How did THAT happen?! I'm super excited. I know some moms get sad, but I'm really not. I'm proud and happy. She's sooo smart and I can't wait to see what she will learn!!!
Caden heads back to daycare at "Mary Ginas" He needs it. Structure. Someone who tells him no. His momma's no good at that. Its not my fault though, its those dang toddler briefs that he runs around in. How cute. Why is it tighty whiteys are sooo dang adorable on a 3 year old and look just absolutely rediculous on grown men? Either way, those little unders he's learnign to wear, they win my heart all too easily.
Baby Zuppa (we have dubbed her after the thing, the only thing, i have craved this pregnancy) is cookin away. Still about 15 ish weeks go go? I'm sure they will fly by!

First Day

Well I didn't get a new box of crayons. I'll have to borrow someone elses for that NEW crayon smell. I didn't get a whole new wardrobe. I'm gonna have to be happy with the ONE new pair of pants and my many pairs of new shoes.

However I did get a new hair color for a new school year. I am starting the year with a natural look, the way God intended me. I'm not sure why She thought I should be a brunette but She did, so I'm gonna see if I can figure out Her reason. And lastly I DID get a first day of school picture. No backback with suplies, but the new shoes AND new pants do make an apperance on my ever hot curvy brunette self! Check me out!

Well its that time of year!

As a kid, it was SOO bitter sweet. I LOVED going out and buying my new school supplies; fresh crayons--oh that smell, new folders, fun pens! Getting school clothes, which mom would not let me wear until SCHOOL started. Oh that was hard. But boy was I cute for that FIRST day picture.

Of course it also meant, no more summer, no more playing, no more sleeping in, no more camping, and way less sunshine. The first day jitters, a little excitment mixed in with a whole lot of nervousness.

As an adult, I still get the second, the moaning and groaning and wanting to cry for my summer that has flown by. But I dont have so much of the first! Noone is buying me new supplies, no new clothes, and Kev doesnt come take my picture! Perhaps I should ask him to?!

But either way, now it is time to start the countdown for NEXT summer.
