First Day Jitters

Back to school is painful. Even for those teacher that enjoy it, its an adjustment.

I love my job. I wouldn't trade it for the world. There are days in the summer where I could run screaming from children and bang on the doors of the school begging them to let me work. But when your alarm starts to ring those first few days its tough.
And "first day jitters" are not just for kids.

Today I went back to school as a specialist. Teaching computers. I love to be on a computer, so I'm excited about this. At first I mourned the loss of having my "own" class and kids, but there are far to many benefits to do so for long. Today was an AWESOME first day. The world of a specialist flies by. SO many kids, SOO many faces, SOOO few minutes with them.

And now that Kevin got me OUT from under the bed, I'm sure glad he did!
