Babies Babies Babies

There are babies every where....

Jenny had her baby on August 1st (a year to the date after my baby walked, also the 35w bridge collapse, but lets remember the positive)

Christina should have her baby in a few weeks, but he's already gearing up to make an appearance. I dont think he will be waiting until the 18th. Honestly I think he will be here in the next week.

Then its my turn. 5 weeks from today. That seems like FOREVER. I can't find enough stuff to keep my mind busy between now and then. I need more projects. I have one for Kev but the bugger wont start it.

After me goes: Miranda, Kira, Lesley and Angie. I believe in that order.

CRAZYNESS. I told you a while back pregnancy was contagious and I wasnt kidding.

When it rains it pours

Everything always comes in a bundle. We bought a house, dad sold this house, we are having a BABY!!!!!! Yep you heard that right! Its early, but I DID see a heart beat, which makes this little wee one's chances THAT MUCH GREATER of sticking around! YIPPPEEEE!

"Baby star" as we've dubbed him or her, will make thier apperance around October. The nickname is of course after the place the baby was concieved. The norwegian star. And of course, when you wish upon a star.....well you know.

Here is Izze sharing the news.

And a picture of our little shining star. The first shows the tiny heartbeat. The second is of course our bean itself!

New Babies!

We welcomed a new baby into the family this past Friday.

I was nervous to go meet him, sure he would make my uterous ache for more. And while he was quite adorable, the thing I noticed MOST when I walked into that room, were his older brother and sister. The sister, the oldest, seemed to put on a good show, but you could see perhaps having another around wasnt her favorite idea. The brother (who is Izze's age) seemed to be oblivious to the fact that there was anyone new. But the moment he couldnt see his mother, he was sobbing, because he knew SOMETHING was different. Being the smart girl that I am while I made sure to tell the mother how beautiful the new baby boy was, my main concern was over big sister. I did my best to ask about her day and pay her plenty of attention (and gifts of course).

I left the room with everything BUT the need to have another right now. The idea of Izze having to share us, broke my heart. I'm lucky, she's voiceterous and if she was feeling left behind as the big brother was, she wouldnt just cry, she'd tell us, so that would help, but still the thought is breaking my heart. So for a while, Kevin is back to sleeping in the other room....

I surely wouldnt want to risk rolling in anything!
