House hunting....

....is quite exhausting. Its amazing how easy it is to rule a house out or fall in love. We found a house we LOVE but its in a neighborhood we dont. We ruled it out. We saw a lot more houses between now and then and found two completely opposite homes, both of which we love.

First we walked into the
VERY NICE 4 BEDROOM, 2 BATH HOME IN A QUIET SOUTHWEST LOCATION. SPACIOUS DECK OVERLOOKS A FENCED YARD FULL OF LARGE BEAUTIFUL TREES, BONFIRE PIT AND NICE SIZE STORAGE BUILDING. MUST SEE!!!

Then the
SPACIOUS RAMBLER WITH 4 SEASON PORCH DONE IN KNOTTY PINE WITH VAULTED CEILING AND GAS FIREPLACE. NEW HARDWOOD FLOORS THROUGHOUT THE MAIN FLOOR. LARGE MAIN FLOOR BEDROOM WITH 12X7.8 WALK IN CLOSET. EXTRA LARGE GARAGE (30X32) WITH SHELVING.

The first screamed cozy, adorable, secluded.

The second was young, moderen and open.

We are going to see both for a second time today, in the 0 degree temperature with the -35 degree windchills. We feel that the second one would be an easier up keep (no carpet to clean with nasty pisser dog). We are leaning that way, however, if it doesnt work out, it would make our "choice" much easier.

Wish us luck!
